Tianjin Fusheng dyestuff factory was founded by Professor Shuquan Liu of Nankai University who hold several patents of synthesis different molecular sieves.
Tianjin Fusheng dyestuff factory has a highly integrated operation that encompasses research, production and management of molecular sieves and catalysts, Tianjin Fusheng dyestuff factory possesses decades of experience of production and management for molecular sieves and catalysts. Based on the refined traditional synthesis technology, we give undivided attention to introducing new advanced technology of the world. At present, we are mainly developing and manufacture of several series of molecular sieves, which are ZSM-5 zeolite, β zeolite, Y zeolite and various catalytic cracking catalysts etc. Our annual total output is 800t and the quality of the original powder matches or exceeds that of multinational companies. The company is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
Holding quality first, we organized one quality examination division, which has the advanced and perfect testing apparatus and devices for catalyst analysis and evaluation. Furthermore, we closely control our product quality and component by using advanced test instruments of testing center and experiment center of Nankai University, respectively.
Focused on research and development of new products, our company close cooperates with several universities such as Nankai University, Tianjin University of technology and so on. With the supervision of brilliant researchers and highly trained operators, We firstly manufactured many catalysts such as 1,4-diethylbenzene, isopropyl ether and ethyeneamine , which filled the blank of nation, and transfer these technology. Although, the NNMRC has been becoming a master expert in molecular sieves field, we never slow down the pace of research. Continuously innovating not only make conventional products advance rapidly, but also form new key products, for example, the catalyst for methanol producing olefin with low carbon number, the catalyst for alkylation of propylene, the catalyst for methyl tert-butyl ether.
